Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. No cancellation charge applies, and the amount paid is refunded in full.
A custom-made piece may be cancelled only until we confirm that work on it has started.
A shipped order cannot be cancelled. Sections 2, 3 and 4 still apply.
If we cancel an order, we refund the amount paid in full.

2. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Report the problem within 24 hours of delivery, quoting your order number, with photographs of the item, its packaging and the shipping label.
We will replace the item and bear all shipping costs, including any return we request.
If the same piece is out of stock, you may choose another piece of the same value or a full refund.

3. Late delivery

If an order arrives after the delivery date stated for it, you may return it for a full refund, unless the delay was caused by events beyond our control.

4. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. For international orders, this period runs from delivery to you, not from arrival in customs.
The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging.
Custom-made pieces and sale items cannot be exchanged, except under section 2.
You bear the courier cost in both directions.
Once we have received and inspected the piece, you may choose another piece or store credit for its value. We do not give refunds for a change of mind.

5. International orders

International orders must be prepaid. You are responsible for all related charges, including shipping, customs duties and import taxes.
If you refuse the parcel or do not pay the customs charges, the order is not refunded and you bear the shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of our confirming the cancellation or refund. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to credit your account.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer laws of India or of the country where you live.
