Shipping

1. Within India

Shipping is free, with no minimum order. We ship by Fastbeetle or Blue Dart. In-stock pieces are delivered in 7 to 10 days.

2. Outside India

• We ship by India Post. The shipping charge depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before payment.
• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). PayPal charges in US dollars at the day's exchange rate, and checkout shows the dollar amount before payment. Your bank may convert it into your own currency.

3. Customs duties and taxes

• Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our prices or shipping charges. You pay them on delivery.
• If you refuse the parcel or do not pay these charges, the order is not refunded and you bear the shipping costs.

4. Dispatch

• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
• Custom pieces take 5 to 6 weeks to make before dispatch.

5. Damaged parcels

Report damage within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs. See our Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds policy.
