Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Turan and Tarub LLP, C/O Haji Mohammad Ayoub Band, 63KVA Arimbagh Kkoot, near Awantipora Police Station, Awantipora, Pulwama 192122, Jammu & Kashmir, India, is responsible for personal data collected on this website. Privacy requests go to our Grievance Officer, Sheela Imran Bandh, Founder, at turanandtarub@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Orders: name, billing and delivery address, phone number, email address and items ordered.
Sign-in: email address, saved cart and wishlist.
Newsletter: email address.
Reviews: name, email address and review. The email is used to check that you ordered the product.
Messages: your name, email address and message from the contact form, and anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.
Technical data: IP address and browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not receive or store card details. The payment provider handles them.

3. Why we use it

To fulfil and support your order, including exchanges and refunds.
To keep the invoices and records required by tax and accounting law.
To sign you in and save your cart and wishlist.
To reply to your messages.
To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
To protect the site and our customers from fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who receives it

Couriers: Fastbeetle or Blue Dart in India, and India Post for international orders.
Payment providers: Razorpay in India and PayPal for international orders.
Service providers: Hostinger (hosting), Resend (email) and Google (newsletter list).
Address lookup: the PIN code you enter at checkout goes to India Post's public lookup service, to fill in your city and state.
Authorities: where the law requires it.

Some of these providers, such as PayPal, Resend and Google, may process data outside India. We use them only to provide our service to you.

5. How long we keep it

Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 8 years.
Account, saved cart and wishlist: until you ask us to delete them.
Newsletter list: until you ask us to remove you. To unsubscribe, email us at the address above.
Messages: as long as needed to help you.
Sign-in codes: they expire after 5 minutes.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to turanandtarub@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, cannot be deleted until that period ends.
You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also object to our use of your data, receive a portable copy of it, and complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited to those who need it.

8. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies the site needs: one keeps you signed in, and one protects your sign-in code.
Your cart, wishlist and recently viewed pieces are saved in your browser.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
