Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed on it. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Seller

This website is operated by Turan and Tarub LLP (GSTIN 01AAWFT6477E1ZS), C/O Haji Mohammad Ayoub Band, 63KVA Arimbagh Kkoot, near Awantipora Police Station, Awantipora, Pulwama 192122, Jammu & Kashmir, India. Email turanandtarub@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99065 00996.

2. Products

  • Colours may look different on your screen, handwork varies slightly between pieces, and listed measurements are indicative. These variations are not defects.
  • Custom pieces are made to your request and take 5 to 6 weeks.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST.
  • Customers in India pay through Razorpay. Customers outside India pay through PayPal in US dollars, at the day's exchange rate, with the amount shown at checkout before payment.
  • Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Card details are handled by the payment provider. We do not receive or store them.

4. Orders

  • An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it by email.
  • We may cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or a payment appears fraudulent. We then refund the amount paid in full to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, cancellations, exchanges and refunds

Our Shipping and Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds policies form part of these terms. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are your responsibility.

6. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and your details accurate.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be your own honest opinion and must not be offensive or unlawful. We may decline or remove reviews that breach this, and we may display the reviews you submit on this website.

8. Intellectual property

The photographs, text, logo and design of this website belong to Turan and Tarub LLP or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, network shutdowns or government restrictions.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Jammu and Kashmir. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission where you live, or any rights given to you by the consumer laws of your country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
